A Taste of Britain

A fun and interactive course learning how to cook a selection of traditional dishes from around the British Isles to become familiar with ingredients they may see when out shopping, and to become more confident cooking at home. Learning will take place in small friendly kitchen using individual and group work, demonstration, discussion and a variety of practical activities. Ingredients will be provided and a delicious dish to take home.
