Family Zumba is perfect class for parents wanting to exercise/dance with their children or those looking to do a little exercise but don't have childcare. It is based on a Zumba Kids class so is a slightly different pace to an adult Zumba class, although energetic adults attending will be encouraged to follow some variations in the moves.

The class is suitable for children, aged 5 - 11 years old, adults any age.

Children MUST be accompanied by an adult and adults MUST be accompanied by at least one child.

The 45-minute session is £7.50 for a combined adult and child ticket, then £2.50 for additional siblings.
