Toys and Playtime for Kids: We will provide a variety of age-appropriate toys to keep your child engaged and happy. From soft play mats to train tracks and interactive toys, we’ve got something to keep them entertained while you work out.Supportive, Family-Friendly Environment: We understand that working out with children can be tricky. Our instructors are parents themselves and offer flexibility and support throughout the session.

What to Expect

Engaging Fitness Routine: Our classes combine cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises, with modifications for all fitness levels. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more energized, and ready to take on the day.

Mondays- Charlton Kings Baptist Church, 38 Church St, Charlton Kings, Cheltenham, GL53 8AR.
Thursdays- Bishops Cleeve Bishops Community Building (next to the library), Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham, GL52 8NN.
Sundays- Winchcombe Sports Hall, 8 Gretton Rd, Winchcombe, GL54 5EE.

Meet the instructors

Lottie Keble will be leading a Barre fitness class every Monday from 9:45-10:30am at Charlton Kings Baptist Church. Lottie, a fitness and movement instructor specializing in pregnancy and postnatal fitness, understands the challenges of balancing motherhood and staying fit. As a single mum of two, Lottie is passionate about making fitness accessible and enjoyable for all.

In her class, Lottie will guide you through a Barre cardio workout, which combines cardio with barre exercises to elevate your heart rate and burn calories. The class focuses on small, repetitive isolation movements to help you achieve that signature “barre burn.” It’s beginner-friendly, so no previous experience is needed, and little ones are more than welcome to join in!

Karen Lowe, also known as Kaz, is an experienced personal trainer with over 7 years in the field, specializing in pre and post-natal fitness for the last 5 years. As a passionate advocate for empowering women throughout their pregnancy journey and in rebuilding strength and fitness post-birth, Kaz is committed to helping women regain confidence and physical wellness—no matter how old their children are now. As a mother of two herself, Kaz fosters a positive, relaxed, and safe environment where parents can work out and feel great, all while their children are entertained by Jacey, the play facilitator.

Kaz will be leading our Thursday 9:30-10:15am Bishops Cleeve class.
