This Christmas, The Ivy Montpellier Brasserie will celebrate with a joyful, festive installation in the heart of Cheltenham for guests and passers-by to enjoy, as well as a limited-edition cocktail menu that features a Christmas cocktail in partnership with Maker’s Mark.

On arrival, those diners wishing to try the festive stirs, will be met with a beautiful installation at the brasserie’s entrance, complete with traditional festive decorations and seasonal foliage, whilst inside, guests will be able to get in the Christmas spirit with the selection of delicious, bespoke cocktails.

The showstopping Gingerbread Manhattan (£9.75) complete with Maker’s Mark Bourbon stirred with Lillet blanc and Lillet Rouge and a gingerbread spice syrup will be mixed up by the restaurant’s bar team.

Other delicious creations include the Tokyo Snow (£9.95) featuring winter spices shaken with Haku Japanese Vodka and cranberry juice, the Winters Kiss £10.50) incorporating Haku Japanese Vodka, peach liqueur, Fino Sherry and cranberry syrup, finished with Fever-Tree Soda Water & Prosecco, the Truffled Flip (£10.50), a "tiramisu" cocktail with Courvoisier VSOP Cognac, Pedro Ximenez Sherry, egg white, Tiramisu syrup and cream shaken and finished with cocoa powder and a salted caramel chocolate truffle, the Nashi Bellini (£9.25) featuring Roku Japanese Gin, pear purée and cinnamon spice topped with Prosecco, and finally a Cognac Mulled Wine (£9.95) a hot blend of red wine, Courvoisier VSOP Cognac, winter spices, cinnamon and orange.

For those looking to indulge in something a little sweeter, the brasserie will also be serving up a bespoke desert this December; Letter to Santa (£9.25), is a traditional offering to Santa and his helpers, and is perfect for guests who want to really enjoy the spirit of Christmas.
