Where to See Father Christmas in Cheltenham

Holidays are coming and, whilst the Coca Cola Truck isn’t venturing near Cheltenham this year, Father Christmas is making several appearances across town, turning on lights, dishing out presents and generally spreading Christmas cheer.

If you’re hoping to catch some time with the big guy, there’s a few options below.

Where to See Father Christmas in Cheltenham

Breakfast or Tea with Father Christmas – 12th November to 23rd December
Spend some quality time with Santa at Blooms by pre-booking on to breakfast or tea where you’ll make biscuits and receive a special gift.  Find out more

Cheltenham Town Light Switch On – 24th November
The fun begins at 4pm with stilt walkers, jugglers and Christmas characters with the main man turning on the lights at 7pm.  Find out more

Brewery Christmas Light Switch On and Restaurant Visits – Saturday 3rd December
As well as switching on the lights on 3rd December at the Brewery bash, Father Christmas will be visiting the Brewery’s restaurants to perform songs(!) and hand out treats. Book a table or a bowling lane when he’s due to visit to guarantee your spot. Details here

Suffolks Christmas Street Fair – 4th December
Father Christmas will be meeting little ones at the Suffolks Christmas Street Fair where there will also be the usual array of fantastic stalls, street food and live music.  Find out more

Winter Wonderland at Prinknash Bird and Deer Park – see link for dates
A magical series of events where the Bird and Deer Park is lit up and visitors can take part in Christmas crafts, see the nativity scene and visit Father Christmas in his grotto.  Find out more

Santa Express – see link for dates
Set off from Cheltenham Racecourse station to Winchcombe and visit Father Christmas and his elves in Santa’s grotto.  Tickets £16 which includes refreshments.  Find out more
